Since becoming a Certified Reiki Master in 2007, she has expanded her expertise to include Level 1 and 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher certifications (2012-2018), Akashic Records reading and Ordained Ministry (2022), and Sound and Vibration Healing (2023). With nearly two decades as a Wellness Coach and a background in Nutrition, Natalia effectively guides clients toward their goals. Her diverse skills enable a holistic approach, integrating various techniques for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. As a Reiki Master and Sound and Vibration practitioner, Natalia promotes healing through personalized sessions. Typically starting with a consultation, she uses instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, hand drums, and gongs to create therapeutic frequencies and vibrations, applied on or around the body for energetic alignment. Clients may also engage in breathing or visualization. Natalia intuitively guides the session, adjusting vibrations based on the client's needs to foster a harmonious environment supporting natural physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.  Following a session, clients often experience deep relaxation, clarity, and rejuvenation. Natalia offers intuitive guidance and suggestions as needed. Continued sessions can enhance balance, vitality, and overall well-being.
